REFUND POLICY
At The Green Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”), we want you to feel confident about your purchase. This Refund Policy explains when you can request a return, refund, or exchange, and how the process works.

1) Returns Window
You may request a return within days of delivery (the date your order is marked delivered by the carrier).
To be eligible, items must be:

Unused, unworn, unwashed

In the original packaging (if applicable)

With tags/labels still attached (if applicable)

In the same condition you received them
2) Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, we do not accept returns for:

Final sale / clearance items

Gift cards
-
Digital products / downloadable items
-
Personalized or made-to-order items (unless defective or incorrect)

Used, damaged, or altered items (not due to our error)

Items returned without prior approval (see Section 3)

3) How to Start a Return
To request a return, email us at help@thegreenstudio with:

Your order number

The item(s) you want to return

The reason for the return
-
Photos (required if the item arrived damaged/incorrect)
If your return is approved, we will send you return instructions. Please do not send items back without authorization, as they may not be accepted.
4) Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective item, damaged in transit): we will cover return shipping or provide an alternative solution.

If the return is for personal reasons (changed mind, wrong size, etc.): the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless local law requires otherwise.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
5) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at help@thegreenstudio within hours of delivery and include clear photos (and packaging photos if possible). We’ll make it right by offering a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on availability.
6) Refunds (When & How You’ll Receive Them)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved:

Refunds are issued to your original payment method

Processing time: business days (banks/payment providers may take longer)
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except where required by law or if the return is due to our error.
7) Exchanges
We offer exchanges for when available.
To request an exchange, email help@thegreenstudio with your order number and the item you want.
If the requested item is unavailable, we can offer:

An alternative item (with your approval)
8) Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at help@thegreenstudio.

If the order has not shipped, we may be able to cancel and refund it.

If the order has already shipped, it must follow the return process.
